Introduction
The Safecom ADSL Ethernet Gateway/Router/Bridge is an ideal
product for home and SOHO networks. It supports the latest
ADSL technology ADSL2 & ADSL2+, which enables high-speed
data to be carried over copper wire on the WAN side and the
LAN side. The device combines routing and bridging functions
in a single device for high-quality, and high-speed access
to Internet.
The router has 4 ports Ethernet Switch with VPN (Virtual
Private Network) capabilities. The VPN feature allows users
to securely connect multiple computers over the Internet. It
also features 10/100Mbps Auto MDI/MDIX Ethernet ports
allowing CAT 5 cable (straight-through or crossover) to work
with the SART2-4115. The SART2-4115 is ideal if you're
creating your home or small business network, or if you're a
more advanced user looking for additional management
settings. The SART2-4115 includes an easy-to-use web-based
graphical user interface (GUI) to help users configure
network settings with a few simple clicks.
With its built-in powerful SPI firewall protection; this
router will also help to prevent unwanted Internet intruders
from accessing your private network. This product provides
DMZ host configuration which redirect unknown packets to a
dedicated server/PC behind the server enabling a client
(such as a web server) to fully expose it to the Internet
and ensure complete Internet application compatibility.
This full featured product has all the network support
features like QoS Bandwidth management, UPnP, MAC filter
control and proxy enabled/disabled. This product has
compatibility with many Operating systems and is fully
compliance with FCC and CE regulations. So, whether you're a
